Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable Policy for Handmade Items
At Art by Fancy Nancy, we take great pride in creating each handmade item with meticulous care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on handmade items.

Custom Orders: For personalized or custom-made items, please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase. We are happy to provide previews or answer any questions to ensure your satisfaction with the design.

Quality Assurance: Each item is inspected thoroughly before shipment. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement if the item is deemed defective.

Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

- The custom tumblers should be handwashed only. Be sure to not leave items with epoxy in a hot vehicle for long periods of time. We are not responsible for damage due to negligence.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
